SkyRidge Custom Home Overlooking the Jordanelle CDR Development was selected by the owner of this beautiful custom home in the SkyRidge community overlooking the Jordanelle Reservoir to lead the project from concept through completion. Our team was responsible for assembling and managing the design team, coordinating with architects and consultants, and guiding the project through the approval process with both the county and the SkyRidge Design Review Committee. The 4,400-square-foot residence was designed to capture the incredible views of the Jordanelle while providing a highly functional and comfortable living environment. The home features premium finishes throughout, combining modern mountain architecture with carefully selected interior and exterior materials that create a timeless, high-end aesthetic. One of the project's primary challenges was delivering the home within a very strict budget. Throughout the design and construction process, CDR worked closely with the owner to identify cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality, appearance, or functionality. Through extensive value engineering, strategic material selections, and creative problem-solving, our team was able to maintain the project's financial goals while preserving the overall vision of the home.
