SkyRidge Custom Home CDR Development was selected by the owner of this custom residence in the SkyRidge community overlooking the Jordanelle Reservoir to help bring the project from design completion through construction. After the initial architectural design had been completed, CDR was brought on to refine the remaining details, coordinate approvals, and guide the project through the final review and approval processes with both the county and the homeowners association. At approximately 3,500 square feet, the home was designed to maximize views, functionality, and livability while adhering to a strict budget established by the owner. From the outset, maintaining financial discipline without sacrificing quality was one of the project's primary objectives. As a result of proactive planning and cost management, the home was completed on schedule and delivered under the owner's established budget.
