But ended up selling the lot to the new owners while simultaneously retained to lead the project through design, approvals, and construction. From the outset, CDR assembled and coordinated the entire design team, including the architect and engineering consultants, while managing the approval process with both the county and the Tuhaye Design Review Committee. Our team worked closely with the owners to transform their vision into a home that reflected their lifestyle, design preferences, and long-term goals. The residence features contemporary architecture, sophisticated design elements, and a collection of high-end custom finishes throughout. Given the level of detail and customization involved, extensive collaboration was required to refine design features, evaluate construction methods, and identify opportunities to maximize value without compromising quality.
